  • Restaurant bookings are also recorded in a paper diary for BRITANNIA INN HALKYN staff use only. The diary is stored securely and destroyed after it's usage period has passed.

  • Accommodation bookings will be retained until your reservation date has passed and been fulfilled.


The BRITANNIA INN HALKYN will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information, gathered as a result of filling out any of our online forms, to anyone.
